No, not at all! Our retreats are not about how fit you are, but about having FUN together! The workouts and the activities are designed to cater to every fitness level and to learn new skills and make memories. We aim to send you fitter than before while you are having the time of your life! We can be as hard or as soft as you like!
You can chill! None of our activities are mandatory. But in a lot of locations, you will miss a spot if you don’t participate in the activity. For example hiking to a must do location or cycling to a spot. It also takes the essence away from Trippy Llama’s getaways. Having said that, you can choose to skip a yoga session or workout if you want to.
Of course you can! We don’t include it in our offerings, but will be happy to recommend the bars, restaurants whenever possible. Exception: We highly discourage drinking and participating in any of our adventure activities and will refuse to let you participate if that is the case. You can definitely enjoy your drinks at safer times.
